Small Machine Big Impact. Welcome to the world of precise milling. The all new Dental Milling Machine 255 N5 from Degos Dental is way more than just a normal Milling machine. Like all the Milling Machines, the 255 N5 Milling Machines is also produced with highest standards of quality control. Each machine does a major test routine, before its ship it to customers. Degos offers its customers inhouse support, with their own helpdesk by phone or mail. Degos Provides services at your lab, for maintenance and training.

The entry-level model is very compact and light weight with only about 60 kg. All soft materials like zirconia, pmma´s, wax can be milled easily with the help of 5 Axis Milling. Milling Ceramics (with Wet-Option) is also possible with the help of the future Titan-Premills.

Due to the option of Wet and Dry Milling, Usage of different materials and a Maximum Angle of 90 Degrees, even a difficult job becomes very easy without any hassle. There’s an Automatic 12 times tool changer so that all the materials can be milled without changing the tools between the jobs. What’s fascinating is that the 255 N5 Milling Machine supports sistertool option, so if one tool gets to end of lifetime, it picks up the sistertool and finishes the job.

The DEGOS 255 N5 is the multifunctional all-rounder for all soft dental materials such as zirconium oxide, PMMA and wax. The machine also mills glass ceramics. The 255 N5 is already designed for this smart technology.

The enormous range of functions of the completely open Mayka software, with which the 255 N5 is supplied as standard, extends from the ADVANCE CAM version to bars and directly screwed implant bridges.

At the same time, Mayka is very easy to learn. Great features such as automatic recognition of the insertion directions provide greater convenience and speed. The milling strategies are already optimized for every material but can also be customized by the user.

Mayka also offers advanced functions in the high-end area such as milling directly screw-retained implant bridges. The extensive implant library contains pre-calculated milling paths that ensure constant results.

Control, management and status checks no matter where you are.

The Milling Machine comes with a Convenient interface including Direct Control. A high-performance 17-inch touch PC, part of the standard scope of delivery of the DEGOS 255 N5, works as a control unit on the machine. Features such as Mobile monitoring and remote control are also possible at any time and from anywhere via smart remote access, including Live View to the entire milling workspace! Of course, high security is guaranteed by 2048-bit RSA and 256-bit AES encryption.
