With deep emotion, pride, and purpose, the Bharat Dental Show 2026, along with the Women’s Dental Congress, was inaugurated at 10:30 a.m. at the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Auditorium, Dr. G D Pol Dental College and Hospital, PG Institute, Kharghar, under the aegis of the Dr. G. D. Pol Foundation. What unfolded was not merely an inauguration—it was the beginning of a new movement in dental education and ethical trade in India.

Held under the powerful and resonant theme “She Leads. She Heals. She Inspires.”, the event marked the launch of the world’s first women-driven, 365-day hybrid dental congress and trade platform, built on values of ethics, inclusivity, academic excellence, and conflict-free education.

“If one dream is dreamed by many, it no longer remains a dream—it becomes a reality.”
That reality was celebrated on this historic day, where women leaders, educators, deans, heads of departments, clinicians, students, and ethical industry partners came together under one roof for one purpose: to reshape the future of dental education and trade in India.

The Bharat Dental Show 2026 is a pioneering initiative by women, for women, designed to:

• Celebrate women’s leadership in dentistry

• Empower women dentists through visibility, mentorship, and collaboration

As part of the Bharat Dental Show 2026 initiative:

• Weekly women-driven online webinars will be conducted throughout the year
• Each month will spotlight one Indian state, led by distinguished women leaders in dentistry
• Monthly offline State Summits & Trade Shows will be hosted on the last Friday of every month by participating dental colleges
• A short educational video series created by women professionals will support skill-based learning and peer engagement
• The national “Save the Tooth” Oral Health Awareness Campaign will be conducted in multiple Indian languages, with the mission of gifting one million healthy smiles to underserved communities

Women-led core committees will be formed in every participating dental college to plan and execute monthly activities, ensuring leadership development at the grassroots level.
