Concepts such as no-prep, minimal-prep, and over-preparation will be analysed through clinical examples, highlighting how improper planning can compromise bonding, longevity, and pulpal health.
The lecture will also discuss adhesive protocols, common causes of veneer failure, and the ethical responsibilities of clinicians in the era of “Instagram” dentistry. Emphasis will be placed on developing a rational, evidence-based approach rather than following aesthetic trends blindly.
