Dr. Aditi Parashar, a BDS graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai (class of 2023), has extensive experience in Rotaract and social work. Despite facing rejections at over 40 interviews for associate positions, she persisted and later launched her own Instagram page and YouTube channel to assist emerging dentists in navigating life after graduation. Through her travels and experiences, Dr. Aditi has learned that dentistry involves not only clinical skills but also the development of life and soft skills, and finding one’s niche in the field.
