Dr Apoorva Gupta, a Gold Medalist Post Graduate in Periodontics and Oral Implantology is one of the principal expert on Laser Dentistry and Soft Tissue grafting in India. She has obtained her M.Sc in Laser Dentistry from University of Barcelona and European Master Degree from European Union. She also holds Mastership in Laser Dentistry from World Clinical Laser Institute, California , USA and Fellowship in Laser Dentistry from University of Genova, Italy. She is the first and only Periodontist in the country to implement Waterlase All Tissue Laser procedures into her specialty Soft Tissue practice. She graduated from Meerut University with distinction and completed her Post graduation (Cert) in Endodontics from IGNOU, at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS), New Delhi. She has finished training and certification in Perio Plastic and Mucogingival Periodontal Surgeries under Dr Zucchelli, Italy, Dr Allen, USA and Dr Sculean, Switzerland. She is also trained and certified in Advanced Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dentistry at Belgium and Switzerland. She is also a certified inhalation conscious sedationist. She mentors Clinical Periodontics and Laser Dentistry Courses at various National and International Institutes. She has been honoured with Best Specialist of the year - Periodontist award at Famdent, Indian Dental Oscars, Mumbai and Most Promising Dentist of the Year at Guident Acadamicians award, New Delhi. She is an Internationally certified trainer for Diode and All Tissue Laser Users and Key Opinion Leader of Worlds Leading Laser and Regeneration Companies-Biolase, Geistlich, Straumann and Biohorizons. Dr. Gupta is a Visiting Professor for MSc Laser Program at University of Barcelona and Professor Mastership in Periodontics and Laser program at Queretaro University, Mexico. She has to her credit several papers and publications in various National and International Dental Journals. She currently maintains specialist Perio- Laser practice at New Delhi.
