MDS, (PhD) Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontist & Implantologist

Dr. Divyabharathi Selvam is an experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontist and Implantologist with a strong academic and clinical background. She is currently an Assistant Professor at SRM Dental College, Ramapuram, Chennai, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Dentistry. With over eight years of clinical expertise and four years of teaching experience, she specializes in maxillofacial prosthetics, implantology, and advanced prosthodontic rehabilitation techniques.

Dr. Selvam has made significant contributions to dental research, with numerous publications, patents, and awards recognizing her innovations in prosthodontics. Her work includes pioneering photobiomodulation therapy for enhanced soft tissue healing and developing new prosthodontic materials.

She is a recipient of prestigious accolades, including the South India Women Achievers Award (SIWAA) 2024, Prostho Star Award, and the Dr. Aruna Mehta Research Scholarship Award. As an active educator and researcher, Dr. Selvam is dedicated to shaping the future of dentistry through cutting-edge techniques, evidence-based practice, and mentoring young professionals.
