In 2013, after completing my graduation from Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College (NAAC accredited “A” grade) Pune, I then completed my clinical internship at the same university, not only did the programs encompass oral health care treatments, but they also included tobacco interventions and awareness campaigns amongst the rural areas of Maharashtra as well as creating community dental health care systems.
In 2013, during my internship period, my experience in the dental surgical field was greatly enhanced by working in private practice alongside a renowned oral surgeon. In 2014, one of the most renowned cosmetic dentists in Pune offered me the opportunity to work in their successful private practice as a lead dental surgeon.
It allowed me to design smiles for various upcoming models in the fashion industry by exposing me to the most advanced, leading technologies in this industry.
The following year, I moved to Rajkot and worked at a private practice of an endodontist and orthodontist. While there, I gained valuable experience in the field of orthodontics and honed my general dentistry skills.
My fellowship program with IFS was completed in 2017 and I am now a Certified Forensic Odontologist who holds a Universal Certification in Forensic Science and Forensic Odontology.
As an advocate of overall health and fitness, I practice yoga and am also a certified Yoga Trainer (YTT). From 2016 to 2018, I contributed to spreading general health awareness among underprivileged kids and women.
My dental practice, Avadhesh Dental Studio, was established in 2019 in Rajkot under my ownership with the idea to serve the best to society in terms of dental health, hygiene, and care. By now I have completed over 15+ certificates in cosmetic dentistry.
I am a public health speaker and have been accredited with many awards for my public health work related to dental health and hygiene and awareness of dental health for all age groups, particularly for women.
My time during the lockdown in 2021 was spent attending various webinars and participating in a short webinar on teeth whitening in association with a few other senior dentists. During this same time, I updated my knowledge and skills on how to reopen the clinic post-pandemic, and have done certificate courses on various aspects of the CoV virus from WHO, Alison & MBRU.
Currently, I am an active member of Rotract 3060, RDA Raghuvanshi doctors' association, IDA Rajkot, Women's dental council, LohanaMahaparishad community, IFS, GC Dental Community, and Rajkot doctors association.

Through local newspapers, radio interviews, oral health care lectures, as a keynote speaker at certain events, and other means, I have spread awareness for occasions like international women's day, world no tobacco day, global diabetes day, and world heart day.
To this day, I have been committed to continuing dental education which has included various courses and lectures on implants, smile makeovers, aligners, pediatric dentistry, Emax restoration, and many more that cover this field focusing on minimally invasive, biological, and holistic dental care.
My technical skills and communication abilities have always been highly regarded by senior faculty members, professors, and colleagues.
I know the following languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, French& Arabic. My desire to learn new languages gives her a competitive advantage in interpersonal communications and verbal expression, and my enthusiasm keeps me open to learning new technical and demonstrative skills.
I have worked on projects that bridge dental health awareness to everyone in India & other countries, as I believe excellent dental care is important for overall health. The lack of awareness in India on Dental Health and Hygiene makes it a serious problem.
Dental health reflects overall health, and untreated dental problems can escalate to more serious health problems. I know that poor dental health, habits, and hygiene can negatively impact overall health.
Throughout my career, I've been responsible, dependable, mature, and hardworking, committed to providing dental health awareness to the community while having a strong work ethic. I've worked on my interpersonal communication skills, local languages, and dialects, and kept up with new technology, dental hygiene products, and other imaging equipment linked to this area to ensure I do my best in presenting the finest to society.
As, I can communicate with patients in six different languages and comprehend their concerns, whether they are children or adults, rural or urban, or differently-able. Working with pregnant women is one of my specialties.
I believe that innovation stems from a desire to try something new every day; for me, it's about a variety of small things that I include into my profession on a daily basis to improve the workflow.
