MDS -Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology

Dr. Nidhi Jadhav has finished BDS from VS Dental College & Hospital, Bangalore in 2005 and MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology from Bapuji Dental College & Hospital, Davangere, Karnataka in 2010.

After her post-graduation, she has been serving as a teaching faculty in dental college in the department of Oral Pathology, with an overall academic work experience of 14 years. Presently she is attached to Vasant Dada Patil Dental College and Hospital, Sangli, Maharashtra since 2019.

She is an enthusiastic oral clinicianpracticing dentistry at Sangli. Her zeal and passion for Oral Pathology was the motivation behind establishingthe very first OralPathology Diagnostic Centre named, Kanak Diagnostic Centre for Oral & Maxillofacial Pathologies, in South Maharashtra at Sangli. The centre caters primarily to the clinical and microscopic diagnosis of all oral and maxillofacial lesions including oral cancer. It provides the facility of oral biopsy diagnosis, FNAC, IHC etc. It isalso a centre for research collaborations.

She has 18 national and international publications and a textbook publicationto her credit. She has also presented, attended and chaired guest lectures at various forums.She isalso a trained Tobacco Control & Cessation (TCC) Specialist, certified by IDA.
