Dr. Nishitha Arun

MDS (PhD) – Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics

Dr. Nishitha Arun is a passionate Endodontist and Aesthetic dentist. She holds a Master’s in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, from Saveetha Dental College and Hospitals and is currently working as Assistant Professor in the same institution. She is a consultant endodontist in several renowned dental clinics in Chennai. She was the best outgoing student in postgraduation and under graduation and has received the prestigious IACDE young Achiever Award in the Year 2023. She is also currently pursuing PhD in Novel Root canal Disinfection. Her expertise spans a wide range of endodontic procedures including microscopic endodontics, regenerative endodontics, surgical endodontics, vital pulp therapy, aesthetic dentistry, and clinical research. She has 37 awards for clinical, Academic and research excellences. She has 19 publications in indexed journals to her credit along with 3 patents and 1 grant for Tamil Nadu State Government. She is very passionate in teaching and guides the postgraduates and undergraduates in clinical, academic and research works.
