Dr Ruchir Kalra

BDS, MDS- Prosthodontics, FICOI

Born and brought up in the city of Chandigarh, Dr Ruchir Kalra did his masters in the speciality of Maxillofacial Prosthodontics from A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore where he received the Shraddha Rajeev Shetty and Chittor Manjaya Shetty Memorial Award for securing the highest marks in the subject. He is a certified Implantologist from Goethe University Frankfurt and has a fellowship in Implantology from International College of Oral Implantologists USA. He is the youngest Prosthodontist to represent the Indian Prosthodontic Society in Japan and spent a month at Tokushina University learning about TMDs. He also spent a month at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Glasgow and has had training in Maxillofacial prosthetics. 

He runs a Multispeciality practice with his family in Panchkula and has a goal to make Panchkula Chandigarh an international centre for dental tourism and world class dental care. Hes married to Dr Prarthana Negi Kalra, who is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and the family is blessed with Mischief Kalra, a Pitbull by breed but human by nature.

Dr Ruchir has a keen interest in photography, and loves to experiment with compositions when not practicing the art of dentistry
