Dr. Simran Kaur Makhija-Kohli

B.D.S., M.D.S. (Periodontology and Implantology)

Dr. Simran Kaur Makhija-Kohli is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontology at M.A. Rangoonwala College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre, Pune, and a Consultant Periodontist and Implantologist at Guru Nanak Medical Foundation, Pune.

She completed her BDS and MDS with distinction and has a keen interest in periodontal and implant therapy, with special expertise in minor and major periodontal surgeries and dental implant procedures. She has authored and co-authored several national and international publications and actively contributes to academic and research activities in the field of Periodontology.

Dr. Simran Kaur has served as a judge for scientific paper and poster presentations at national-level conferences. In recognition of her academic contributions, she was invited as a speaker at the Young Forum during the Pune Dental Show 2026, organized by the Indian Dental Association.

She is a Life Member of the Indian Society of Periodontology (ISP) and the Indian Dental Association (IDA).
