Dr. Varun Batra is a MDS postgraduate in Periodontics and Implantology at Saveetha Dental College, with a keen interest in soft tissue aesthetics, periodontal regeneration and implant dentistry.

With multiple research publications and a growing focus on clinical innovation, he brings together evidence-based dentistry with a strong interest in surgical precision.

Passionate about suturing and soft tissue augmentation, he describes himself as a “tissue artist” constantly refining his skills through clinical experience, hands-on learning and teaching.

He also conducts the MISA Workshop, sharing practical knowledge and surgical techniques with fellow dental professionals.

His clinical and academic interests continue to evolve with a simple aim: to understand tissue, respect biology, and create predictable outcomes.
