OBJECTIVE : 

After completing this lecture the participant should be able to have a greater understanding of worn dentition reconstruction using the new concept of minimal invasive dentistry, choice of material and the start point of the treatment plan. 

Worn dentition is one of the most challenging problems in dentistry due to loss of tooth structure decreased vertical dimension of occlusion, premature contact and temporomandibular disorder which may affects patient’s function and aesthetics. With modern concept of minimal invasive and digital dentistry those problems could be solved with minimal amount of dentistry using new innovative dental materials and techniques. We will focus on this presentation in diagnosis and treatment planning with the suitable material and techniques in order to reestablish the function and aesthetics.
