Dr Arwa Alsayed

Consultant of Periodontics and Dental Implant - Adjunct Professor

Dr. Arwa was graduated from king Saud University with honour. She had a Diploma in Periodontology - Dalhousie University in Halifax – Canada. She obtained a Master of Dental Implants from the University of Toronto in Toronto – Canada. She obtained a second Master degree in advanced clinical training in Periodontology and Dental Implant from Eastman Dental Institute at University College London in UK.  

In 2011, Dr Arwa won King Abdulaziz First Medal Price at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for discovering gene polymorphism in drug-induced gingival hyperplasia in kidney transplant patients. In 2013 she was awarded with the fellowship of the American College of Dentists. New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. In 2014 she became an editor at the Global Journal of Oral Science (GJOS). 

She is the founder of the Saudi fellowship program in dental implants and former head of examination committee of the Saudi board of Periodontics. She is ITI fellow and Study Club Director in Riyadh. Dr Arwa currently works as consultant of Periodontics and Dental Implant (Private practice) and Adjunct Professor at Genova University – Italy.
