Dr. V. Preethi is a passionate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Implantologist, and academician with a keen interest in clinical research and teaching. She completed her MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Sri Ramachandra Dental College and Hospital, where she was recognized as the Best Outgoing Student and awarded the prestigious Dr. Raja Endowment Gold Medal in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She has also completed specialized fellowship training in Cleft Lip and Palate and Craniofacial Surgery at the Meenakshi Cleft & Craniofacial Centre.

She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Saveetha Dental College, Chennai, and serves as a Maxillofacial Surgeon and Consultant at PARTHA Group of Dental and Cosmetology Centre. Her clinical interests include cleft and craniofacial surgery, implantology, maxillofacial trauma and infections, orthognathic surgery, oral oncology, and the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare. She has participated in cleft surgical missions, advanced surgical workshops, and academic research, with a strong focus on multidisciplinary care and evidence-based approaches in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She also practices across various locations in India.
