Restoring the Critical EstheticZone: A Guide to Anterior Immediate Loading

Certificate of participation with 1 CME is available

Satisfactory esthetic outcome is challenging in the implant-supported restorations of anterior teeth. The maximization of the esthetic outcome depends mostly on the optimization of the algorithms specific to the pro-prosthetic, pro-implant, and prosthetic stage. Implant dentistry is a restorativedriven treatment with a surgical aspect. The practice becomes especially challenging when immediate implant placement is planned, and the clinician needs to work with the extraction socket present. The esthetic outcome can be improved by using new digital technologies based on software applications for assessment of clinical and biological indices of the prosthetic field, virtual planning of implants positioning and design projection of future prosthetic restoration. With proper surgical planning, complications in the restorative phase of treatment can be minimized or even eliminated, and natural-appearing restorations can be provided that are easy to maintain by the patient. This webinar gives the audience the overview of the restoration of highly critical esthetic areas. It will give an overall overview of treating a complex anterior case from surgical, esthetic, and restorative point of view. This webinar also will give you an insight of the importance of temporization in anterior implant restoration and discern the general characteristics of the critical and subcritical contours for provisional restorations made for immediate and delayed implants in order to obtain guidelines for daily clinical practice
