What is Tartar and How to get rid of it?

Tartar. The underlying cause to several dental problems

What is Tartar?

Tartar also often referred to as Dental Calculus is plaque that has hardened on teeth. Dental Plaque is a sticky coating that gets layered on your gums and teeth and damages them, causing Tooth decay and gum infections. Dental Plaque contains millions of bacteria that uses leftover food in our mouth and forms a sticky coat.

Ways to prevent Tartar

Tartar formation can be prevented by having a good dental hygiene routine and following a few things religiously. Such as:

Get help when you need it! Visit your dentist regularly.
Don’t forget to brush and floss daily!
Get a high-quality toothbrush for that high-quality smile! Use a nice toothpaste with fluoride content in it
Don’t forget to use an Anti-Plaque mouthwash to wash that bacteria away!
A good lifestyle takes you a long way! To avoid Tartar, avoid sugar and Tobacco
 Risks of ignoring Tartar

Don’t put that beautiful smile at risk by ignoring something as serious as Tartar buildup! Things can pretty much get out of hand when ignored for a prolonged period. As the plaque starts to grow and harden, it gets more and more difficult to do something as basic as brush and floss! Plaque when ignored for a prolonged period gets beneath your gums and it goes without a say that gum infections are bound to happen apart from just tooth decay.

Ways to get rid of that Tartar build–up

When the Tartar buildup is mild, it’s easier to remove it at the comfort of your home. These easy DIYS could come handy.

Take that Orange peel and scrub scrub!
Use that orange peel directly and rub it on your teeth and gums 2-3 times a day and in a few weeks this easy DIY will show it’s result.

Baking Soda has got you covered!
Just a pinch of Baking soda, salt and a pea sized amount of toothpaste and apply it thoroughly.Don’t forget to rinse your mouth with warm water later.

 Eat spicy!
Eating spicy food leads our salivary glands to produce more saliva. As we know saliva naturally cleanses our mouth ;a spicy meal could help shed some sweat and plaque!

 Aloe does it all!
Is there anything that Aloevera is incapable of?A teaspoon of Aloe gel, 4 teaspoons of glycerin, 5 tablespoons of baking soda, lemon essential oil and a cup of water. Scrub it thoroughly and see the results in a week.

 Your Dentist knows it all!
If your Tartar is just stubborn don’t worry you always know your dentist is there to help. Home remedies can help only up to a certain extent. If the density of the tartar is more then there’s no one better than a dentist. A dentist puts in almost 8 years of learning the science! You can’t be a specialist by reading 2 articles or blogs on the internet. Don’t do it all yourself.  Visit the expert who knows what’s right for you

 Final Note

It is important to treat something as serious as Tartar which has all the potential of causing serious dental problems. Maintaining a healthy dental routine could prevent it but there’s plenty of ways to remove it too! Although mild Dental Calculus is easy to remove at the comfort of your home. Serious tartar build-ups are something to be worked upon by someone serious! Don’t try to treat it all by yourself consult your dentist. He knows what’s the best for you

My name is Hailey Garcia and I am from New Jersey. My herpes virus turned to war after 2 years of living with it. I have tried different medical procedures to cure my herpes but to no avail. Most people think herpes is only a minor skin irritation of which herpes has long term effects on health and passes through the bloodstream and can be easily contracted through sexual intercourse. I knew I had herpes from the first day I started feeling itchy in my pubic area and the pain was very unbearable. I couldn't stand it anymore. After 2 years of trying other means to get rid of it, I had to contact Doctor Odunga to help me with a permanent cure. I saw his email and whats-app number from a testimony I read online from a lady who was also helped by him in curing infertility problems, I had faith and contacted him. He assured me of his work and I ordered his herbal medicine. Within 5 days, I didn't feel any pain anymore and within 2 weeks, my skin was all cleared and smooth. I am very grateful to you sir and I write this testimony as others have done to bring those having faith to you sir. If you have herpes or other similar disease and you want it cured, kindly contact Doctor Odunga, Whats-App (wa.me/+2348167159012) OR Email [email protected]
