When you step back into a college after decades all those memories come back in a flash. Day two of K3Pro Implant system launch would not have been full of Nostalgia had it not been with Students and faculty of the prestigious Vishnu Dental College in Bhimavaram Andhra Pradesh.The event gave an opportunity to the students to take a Hands-on Implant Training workshop and to understand how to select the right Implant System during the event. The college boasts of expert faculty, training and research centres and state of the art classrooms or education. The event flagged off with Dr.Chandrashekar Anam, Director Medevice speaking on the topic Selecting the right Implant system and Mr. Melvin Mendonca, International Sales Manager, Argon speaking about the finest German Precision found in K3Pro Implant System. After a short tea/coffee break the hands-on training workshop commenced. Each product in the K3pro system was explained to students with complete specification. Dr.Anam added his light humour when he spoke about the dancing drill when held vertical and not Diagonal. The hands-on workshop had around 40 Students understanding the K3pro Implant System with dummies made of foam mandibles.

They were flabbergasted to see the K3pro Rapid Smart Kit and appreciated the simplicity behind it. They couldn’t believe the fact that peculiar advantage of using the Implant system was that harvesting of the bone with bone expanding latch reamers needs only 50 RPM to expand osteotomy without irrigation which not only reduces bone heat but stress as well due to slow drilling.Dr.Anam gave a demonstration with the Round drill, Precision or Lancet drill for making the hole, and then started with the lateral expansion of the osteotomy and helped the students on how to choose the right length for the right osteotomy case. Lastly, he helped the students understand on how to choose exact length driver based on the Implant size.Securing the implant with the driver is very important without the use and other objects and hence this was taught with ease to the students due to the engineering involved in K3pro Implant System.
