Milling to Perfection

This year, vhf’s appearance at the IDS in Cologne is under the motto We love milling – because perfection cannot be printed. With this motto, the southern German mechanical engineering specialist is drawing attention to the high quality requirements that apply to dental restorations.

Milled restorations are characterized by an unrivaled longevity. In addition, several materials can be processed with just one milling machine, enabling a maximum variety of indications. Furthermore, milled restorations offer an unbeatable surface quality and a more natural appearance. Patients appreciate all of this very much.

To meet these quality requirements, vhf is presenting its open system consisting of machines, tools and CAM software. True to the brand claim Creating Perfection, the company is striving to enable dental laboratories and practice laboratories to achieve perfect results with the three machine classes EASE, PERFORMANCE and HIGH END. The complete portfolio can be experienced live at the IDS. The milling machines, milling tools and CAM software developed and manufactured by vhf are perfectly matched to each other. As a result, users benefit not only from first-class machining quality, but also from particularly simple and intuitive operation.

A special highlight is the first insight into the new vhf Digital Solutions, consisting of the intuitive and automated CAM software dentalcam 9 and the digital customer platform myvhf for smart machine overview and management. This is a big step for vhf towards the complete digitalization of workflows in the laboratory and practice.

The cloud-based myvhf includes a dashboard with all relevant live data: the processing status of current milling jobs can be seen at a glance. Push notifications provide information about important events. An overview of maintenance and customized training offers from the vhf academy are also included, along with important news about the portfolio and company.

Users can also expect a wide range of new features and innovations from the completely redeveloped CAM software dentalcam 9. With an up to 20 percent reduction in processing time, intuitive and simplified user guidance, and new performance functions such as automatic nesting and setting of bars, restorations can be completed much faster. Dental practices and laboratories can thus achieve significantly higher output.

To get even more out of the vhf complete system, the dental experts have expanded the range of services offered by the vhf academy, which has proven successful with trade partners. In practical courses, dentists and dental technicians will in future also be able to learn directly from the manufacturer how to exploit the full potential of their machine and mill perfect results. At the booth, the trainers of the vhf academy will be available to answer any questions.

In addition to machines, tools and CAM software, vhf offers expert talks at the exhibition stand: from Tuesday to Thursday, Dr. Nicolas Rohde, Chief Strategy Officer of vhf, will be speaking with renowned experts from the dental world at 5:30 p.m. each day about exciting topics such as digital evolution, industry-related use cases and the distinction between milling technology and 3D printing.

MY HERPES STORY AND HOW I WAS CURED For years, I struggled with the emotional and physical burden of the herpes virus, believing I would have to live with it forever. I tried countless treatments, medications, and therapies, but nothing seemed to bring lasting relief. It felt like a battle with no end in sight until I discovered a natural remedy that changed everything (herbs). Skeptical at first, I decided to give it a try, and to my surprise, I started noticing improvements in my overall well-being within two days of taking the medication. With consistency as prescribed by the herbal doctor, I felt healthier, more energized, and free from the symptoms that had once controlled my life. After completing the treatment, (14days) I visited my doctor for confirmation, and I was overjoyed with the results. I tested negative. I was cured from my HSV1&2 This experience has given me back my confidence, peace of mind, and a renewed sense of hope. If you or someone you know is struggling with herpes or other health concerns like HPV, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, PCOS, or hepatitis, know that there are alternative options available and you will be cured.
