The award is structured into a tiered certification system to distinguish varying levels of sustainability efforts.
Companies will be awarded one of the following three certification levels based on their compliance with sustainability benchmarks:
1.1 Gold Certification 🏆
The highest level of recognition for companies that exceed global sustainability standards and integrate eco-friendly practices at every stage of their operations.

✔️ Eco-Friendly Packaging & Products: 100% recyclable, biodegradable, or reusable materials.
✔️ Sustainable Marketing & Branding: Digital-first, zero-paper campaigns, and green awareness programs.
✔️ Education & Awareness Initiatives: Actively hosts/participates in sustainability-driven dental conferences, research, or training programs.
✔️ Certifications & Compliance: Holds internationally recognized eco-certifications (ISO 14001, FSC, etc.).
✔️ Industry Leadership: Demonstrates innovation in sustainability through R&D, new product designs, or business practices.
1.2 Silver Certification 🥈
Recognizes companies that have made significant sustainability improvements but have not yet achieved full compliance in all areas.
✔️ Sustainability Compliance: Actively reducing environmental impact but still in transition.
✔️ Eco-Friendly Packaging & Products: At least 70% of products/packaging must be sustainable.
✔️ Sustainable Marketing & Branding: A mix of traditional and eco-friendly branding, with ongoing efforts to go fully green.
✔️ Education & Awareness Initiatives: Supports sustainability education through sponsorship, training, or online content.
✔️ Certifications & Compliance: Working towards obtaining internationally recognized sustainability certifications.
✔️ Industry Leadership: Implements sustainability strategies but has not yet achieved full carbon-neutral operations.
1.3 Bronze Certification 🥉
Awarded to companies that have taken the first steps toward sustainability and are actively working on eco-friendly solutions.
✔️ Sustainability Compliance: At least one key area of sustainability improvement in place.
✔️ Eco-Friendly Packaging & Products: 50% of materials must be recyclable or biodegradable.
✔️ Sustainable Marketing & Branding: Has started adopting digital-first campaigns and reducing wasteful promotional materials.
✔️ Education & Awareness Initiatives: Shows interest in sustainability but has limited engagement in educational activities.
✔️ Certifications & Compliance: No current certification but working toward it.
✔️ Industry Leadership: Commits to further sustainability improvements but is not yet an industry leader in green practices.
2.1 Application Requirements
Companies must submit an official application through the Dentist Channel Online portal, including:

✔️ Proof of Compliance (certifications, product specs, carbon footprint reports).
✔️ Marketing & Educational Contributions towards sustainability awareness.
2.2 Evaluation Criteria

Dentist Channel Online reserves the right to disqualify any company under the following circumstances:
❌ False Sustainability Claims: Misleading customers or engaging in greenwashing.
❌ Environmental Violations: Found guilty of actions that harm the environment or contradict sustainability goals.
❌ Failure to Meet Criteria: Companies that do not maintain the required standards upon annual evaluation.
To achieve a higher tier certification, companies should:

✅ Support and lead sustainability-driven educational programs.
✅ Obtain internationally recognized green certifications.
