Trilor® – The most innovative technopolymer for dental prosthesis

What is Trilor® ?
Bioloren® has developed a new technoploymer Trilor®, which consists of thermo-hardening resin and multi-directional reinforcement of fiberglass. The Fiber –Reinforced- Composites offer high strength and low weight which caters the essential needs. To enhance the performance in terms of the distribution of loads and tension of the structure, the new technopolymer Trilor® is made of woven fiber structure in a multi-directional configuration. The most critical point of composite structures is the matrix/ fiber interface. Extremely precise and reliable industrial production method of the technopolymer Trilor®, offers a level of adhesion between the fibers of the resinous matrix that amplifies the technological features. Several researches and case studies have assessed the features of material and have reported Trilor® to be fracture resistant, patient friendly and economical material of choice for various dental prosthesis.
Features of Trilor®
The striking advantages of the new technopoymer Trilor® are that it can be worked 1:1; stability of the material; maintains its size; free from bimetallism; free from metal and zirconia; resistance to corrosion and oxidation; offers chemical stability; compatible coating; binds with aesthetic materials; white ivory, camouflage material; aesthetic; durablity; weighs 3-5 times less than metal and zirconia –light; made with a technology that minimizes fluid absorption; color stability and importantly requires only one session and saves a remarkable amount of time.
Trilor® products
Trilor®, the new technopolymer technology forms the basis of products – Trilor® Arch, Trilor® Block, Trior® Disc, Trilor® Disk Pink and Trilor® Disk Zirkonzahn compatible.
Trilor® Arch is a hi-tech material for dental prsothesis which is certified as FDA Permanent. It is preformed bow for prosthesis and can be used for permament or temporary structures. The available sizes are – 3,5 mm; 5,5 mm; 7,5 mm.
Trilor Block® is the CAD/CAM solution for the manufacture of temporary and definitive “metal free” prostheses. The main advantages are durability, elastic property, lightweight, biocompatibility, repairable and easy to work with. Trilor® Block is compatible with Cerec/Sirona machines. It is indicated for crowns, bridges, pontics and making of structures on implants.
Trilor® Disk is an element of the CAD/CAM system. It is fiberglass disc with a special weave and epoxy resin that offers high performance. Trilor Disk is the ideal material for building complete substructures and arches. Trilor® Disk Pink is a variant that has pink coloring which saves time and products used for prosthetic reconstructions.
Mechanical properties and biocompatibility of Trilor®
Trilor®, the new technopolymer offers a good traction resistance of 380 Mpa; Elastic module of 26 Gpa; Compression resistance (perpendicular) upto 530 Mpa and has shown impact resistance of 300KJ/cm2 in charpy test. Barcol and Shore D hardness value is 70 and 90 respectively. The density of the material is 1.8 g/cm3. Resistance to fatigue of Trilor after 1,200,000 cycles is stable.
The new technopolymer, Trilor® is tested for biocompatibility and has received ISO certification. Tests for genotoxicity, cancerogenicity, reproductive toxicity (ISO 10993-3 and cert. Japanese), cytotoxicity test (ISO 10993-11:2006), acute and systemic toxicity (ISO 10993-10:2010), delayed hypersensitivity test (ISO 10993-10:2010) and irritation(ISO 10993-10:2010) have all proved to be negative.
Final note
With advancements in dentistry and biomaterials used for dental prosthesis, search for the better material will continue. The new technopolymer Trilor® by Bioloren®, is one such innovative metal free material with excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility providing an edge over its contemporaries.

My name is Hailey Garcia and I am from New Jersey. My herpes virus turned to war after 2 years of living with it. I have tried different medical procedures to cure my herpes but to no avail. Most people think herpes is only a minor skin irritation of which herpes has long term effects on health and passes through the bloodstream and can be easily contracted through sexual intercourse. I knew I had herpes from the first day I started feeling itchy in my pubic area and the pain was very unbearable. I couldn't stand it anymore. After 2 years of trying other means to get rid of it, I had to contact Doctor Odunga to help me with a permanent cure. I saw his email and whats-app number from a testimony I read online from a lady who was also helped by him in curing infertility problems, I had faith and contacted him. He assured me of his work and I ordered his herbal medicine. Within 5 days, I didn't feel any pain anymore and within 2 weeks, my skin was all cleared and smooth. I am very grateful to you sir and I write this testimony as others have done to bring those having faith to you sir. If you have herpes or other similar disease and you want it cured, kindly contact Doctor Odunga, Whats-App (wa.me/+2348167159012) OR Email [email protected]
